    This international children’s charity are looking for an ambitious individual to plan and develop the trusts and major donor fundraising programme in sustain and increase the income generated from trusts.

    Managing and developing a portfolio of existing trust relationships, you will lead the trust research programme as well as coordinate approaches potential donors. Developing effective partnerships with overseas staff, you will achieve agreed annual trust income targets and monitor project progress.

    Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have consolidated experience in a trust fundraising environment as well as a good working knowledge of the fundraising sector. With proven experience of managing a trust research programme, you will be in possession of a good trusts contact base and have excellent negotiating skills. Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure, you will have superior written and verbal communication skills together with a positive and proactive attitude.
